Welcome to Khmer Beauti ! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Khmer Beauti ("the App"), as well as any content, features, or services offered by the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access and Use of the App
1.1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
1.2. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
1.3. You acknowledge and agree that Khmer Beauti may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice to you.
User Account
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4. Khmer Beauti reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.
Intellectual Property
3.1. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Khmer Beauti or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the prior written consent of Khmer Beauti.
Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.2. Khmer Beauti DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Khmer Beauti SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
5.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL Khmer Beauti'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.
Modification of Terms
6.1. Khmer Beauti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
6.2. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Miscellaneous
7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Khmer Beauti with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Khmer Beauti.
7.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
7.3. Khmer Beauti's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Khmer Beauti in writing.
